O mne

SODA gallery is a Bratislava - based gallery dealing exclusively in critically acclaimed, important works of contemporary art produced by very young, emerging and high-caliber central and Eastern European artists. Since opening its doors in 2010, it has been home to innovative, singular and pioneering exhibitions across a variety of media and genres, tracing the latest trends in contemporary curating. Currently, SODA gallery represents 15 multi generation artists, and hosting 4-5 gallery based exhibitions a year. From 2013 has been successfully engaging in the art fairs world systematically every year, presenting solo and group shows of Slovak artists. In addition to its gallery activities, SODA gallery is presently developing several projects - screenings through a project SODA screens, international exhibitions and public art debates. In an attempt to bring contemporary Slovak art to a foreign audience and to initiate international cooperation and exchange in the field of art, SODA organizes at least one exhibition annually in the premises of its foreign partners, which reciprocally dedicates its home space to the performance of foreign artists in Bratislava.
